One envelop was send from Santacruz (E) to Sion (Both the places is in Mumbai hardly 6 km) on 13. August docket no. S 3577686, but was not received up to 20 may. Likewise other envelop was send from Santacruz (E) to Shahapur on 20 August docket no. M 36103280 was not delivered till tody (29.08.2008). Though DTDC claims they are the best service provider but what aboubt the above. Our company has got a regular contract with DTDC but now we are planning to go for other courier services. I strongly fell they should change their name as Delayed Door Service Courier.(DDSC)
