Provedent fund not received till yet

Sir,

This is to inform you that i am worked in METRO CASH & CARRY (Hyderabad dc12) from 03-oct to 7-oct & applied for my PF in month of march till now i had not received my PF amount,

When i had contacted my office they said that we had submitted the application but still i had not received my PF then againg i made a call to my office then they had given me the telephone numbers of Karnataka PF office they are : - 080-22214961 / 22216566 / 22216596 / 22238201 / 22212142 / 22230061.

When i made a call to these numbers the numbers are not working i had tried a lot but some time one of the number listed above had ringed but no one is responding then againg i had tried then it says the number which ur dailing does not exist, this is repeted to all the numbers.

When i again made a call to my office then they said we had submitted a request letter to the commisionar of PF & they had send me a copy of the submission letter to my mail id.

In this case what should i do to get my PROVIDENT FUND.

Plz do the needful ASAP
