Misbehavior Of Conducto

Dear sir,

I had boarded a bus from mandya bus station at1000 hrs on 4th oct. The vehicle no is KA-09 3992 and the staff conductor by name revana and his badge no 4142 which was mentioned by him when asked.

Regarding the complaint when he was asked about the express services to be rendered by the RED BOARD vehicles he did'nt mind the words of me and other co passengers. He was giving several stops even after asking him not to stop the bus wherever he feels like. He had stopped nearly 12 to15 stops from mandya to bangalore city entrance. Whereas the stops are suppose to be mandya city, maddur, channapatna, ramanagar, bus stations.

If this kind of service rendered by the KSRTC staff and giving arrogant answers to the passengers will hamper their bussniess and their duties of that day.

It is here by humbly requested that a diciplinary action must be initiated against the above said staff, and the same to be informed to my E-mail.
