Still waiting for Convocation Certificate

I passed my BBA under Karnataka University, Dharwad in the year June' 2004. I applied for convocation Certificate in Sep' 2006. From the above date I am waiting for my Convocation Certificate.

Kindly help me out and get my Covocation Certificate.
