Not supply of refill Gas Cylinde

Dear Sir,

My Karuna Gas Consumer No. is KG 26212. I have booked a number for refill gas Cylinder on Phone on date 31.04.09, but till date we have not received a refill Cylinder. I phoned and visit agency number of times, they always said that today or tomorrow you will receive cylinder, but with no result. I have only one cylinder and I am staying at such a location (Harihar Nagar) from where I am having more trouble in arranging daily needs. I am not from Nagpur thats why facing more problems. Please advice if I have to change the agency or cylinder (HP or Bharat). I am completely fed up from these Karuna Agency guys.
