Non delivery of parcel

Dear sir/madam

i had been sent a parcel from CANNANORE, KERALA on 3rd august. Idid not receive it till 12th august. When i checked the status on internet i came to know that the parcel had been deliveredto the local DTDC office, CHARKOP, KANDIVILI, MUMBAI on 5th august. When i personally contacted the local office i was not told the proper details and i was told to contact another office where i made many phone calls which were never responded. Then i spoke to customer care whom i could contact after trying continuously for two days . customer care registered a complaint but never heard back from them. KINDLY HELP ME.please note my consignment number is T34806898.
