Irresponsibility to its worst

Dear readers

this is once again a complaint against a home nursing servic. KARUNYA home nursing serivce at deshabhimani road kaloor cochin.the worst that i have ever come across.

we had given them 1000rs registration charge and 3500 salary for a part time maid for a month..on the third day of the maid coming in she left saying there for lot of work to do and she couldnt do it.

we had contacted the manger of the firm she showed least intrest to send a replacement and i ended up taking leave from work.wen i asked the lady to give us back the money i had the worst experience the manager shouted and hung the fone on my face.they say they will do all the work just to get the money and show their ttrue color later.

if these kind of firms cant keep upto the meaning of a home nursing why start one.

this isa serious issue for people who badly need a maid...

after giving money still we face trouble... every morning starts by calling these people to confirm if the maid was coming in for the day.

totally unacceptable... anyway this can be changed???
