I am apply in religare enterprises limited ipo for 210 amt-38, 850

my application no- 13833471 dated 31.10.2007 demat no 1201860000182350

but 0 share alloted to me

so the till 31.10.2007 to till today i am not

reciving my refund order or not get any information about my money

i also want to contact any person but no one can take action i am also unable to make a call to company but due to a extnsation no one can pick the phone or i have not direct no of karvy
