Karvy Computer Share
Problem in equity share transfe

My parents wanted to transfer the reliance shares in my name and thus we had applied for the same with karvy. But in between the stock broker played some mischief and our shares which had been applied for transfer ended up with "XYZ" person. Now this "XYZ" person filed for the transfer of shares in his name but got rejected when it came for signature verification to us and hence his game was exposed. To cut the long story short we finally managed to get our original shares after fighting with the broker and fortunately the shares still so remain in my parents name since transfer process was not successfully.

Now the problem is that Karvy is now refusing to transfer the shares in my name from my parents name even after producing all the valid documents and proofs etc. Karvy is asking for NOC, signature proof etc of that "XYZ" person who played all this game. It should be obvious that it is impossible to get all such documents from a fraud person whom we dont even know since we never met him nor know him.

Hence we are requesting Karvy to restart the transfer process fresh again. but they r not responding. It has been almost 1 year now with this issue. Can you help us get our rightful shares. we are only interested in getting back our shares transferred to my name that's all.
