Non Issue of Physical bonds of IDFC

I had applied for bonds of IDFC Ltd through my bank HDFC Gurunath Sankul Branch and I was intimated by IDFC by their letter dated12th Nov 10 that I have beeen allotted 4 bonds vide my Application no.61609663 of Rs 5000/- each and the same has been kept in an escrow account as I had not submitted my demat account details. My bank HDFC and myself have sent repeated mails stating that I do not have a demat account and hence physical bonds be issued. On talking to phone number 1800-3454-001 I was asked to write in explaining the same alongwith a self attested pan card xerox which was sent through my bank. I had also submitted a cancelled cheque alongwith my application as I do not have a demat account.

I and my bank keep getting the same message asking for demat details even though it has been intimated that I dont have a demat account.

Karvy Computershare Pvt Ltd may be a big company which deals in crores of public money but do they employ deaf or blind people deliberately to overlook such cases even though they are being written to and mailed about one statement THAT I DO NOT HAVE A DEMAT ACCOUNT AND ISSUE PHYSICAL BONDS.
