PowerGrid FPO refund not received yet

Dear Sir,

I have applied for FPO PowerGrid and still awaiting for the refund. I have received a letter from Karvy ComputerShare Pvt Ltd, stating that fund has been transfered on 23-Nov, however, I have not received any amount till date as on 03-Dec. On looking at the bank account details as printed on refundable statement, letter, I noticed the bank account number stated on the letter, is incorrect; I have sent couple of emails to Karvy requesting them to reprocess my refund with right Bank account details and I have not received any response from them yet. Hence, this complain, requesting to refund the amount back to my account.
