Refund of reliance power IPO still not received

Application No-91481566

i am a non resident INDIAN & i applied for full payment under retail investor for maximum of rs. one lakh rupees. 17 shares are alotted to me & refund still not received. every time, i got e-mail reply as the refund order is sent through registered post. i had also written more tha 10 e-mails to Karvy & SEBI. i am frustrated now. on 27Feb, they replied that the refund order is receipt by KARVY undelivered & interestingly, the next day, again they started replying that refund order is not received undelivered.

i want to teach lesson to Karvy, Reliance & SEBI. if any body there to help me, i am ready to take up the matter in INDIAN courts. no matters how much it shall cost me for criminal & cheating case against all MAFIA.
