REFUND OF RELIANCE POWER IPO NOT RECEIVED

I am a NRI, applied for 225 @Rs. 430 each under Reliance power & 17 shares are alotted to me & balance payment of Rs. 89440 is not received from KARVY. There are more than 20 e-mails exchage between Karvy & me. first they replied that refund order is sent on 2.2.08 & later they confirmed that Karvy received it undelivered on 27/2/08. again they are saying that Karvy has not received it undelivered.

i am really fed up with Karvy. can anybody help me how to collect my money & how all the user of INDIA can understand that KARVY IS THE BIG CHEATER BUSINESS HOUSE IN THE HISTORY OF WORLD.

Many of my friens are also suffering due to same problem.

i am ready to provide all the e-mails & other details to media, news channels, or courts, or anybody else who can help me & screwing the KARVY that a lesson shold be given to KARVY
