Non-credit of shares allotted and refund orde

I HAVE APPLIED FOR 48 SHARES OF Brigade Enterprises Limited on 11-12 for which i have not recieved any share and refund of my money, when i contacted the Karvy Computershare Pvt Ltd they say that the adrdess provided by us is not correct, i want to ask them that when all comapny pay refund directly to the bank acount through ECS, then why in this case they want to send though post

and i have also not receave any share for which they say that DPID & CLID provided by me are also invalid or wrong, my question is that when all information provided by me (investor) is wrong be it DPID & CLID or my address then why Karvy Computershare Pvt Ltd has allotted shares for such a faulty application, why they dont reject my application?

what aree the rules of SEBI for such case, what are my rights as an investor, please help
