Dear Sirs,

I have applied 500 shares Power Grid Corporation IPO through Icici direct.com vide above application No. I got only few shares and refund of Rs.19500/- was not credited in my account directly. Despite several requests and submission of indemnity bond, I received a cheque for Rs.19500/- which was out of date, and the bank was returned the 'out of date' cheque.

I returned the cheque in original but the fresh cheque was not issued yet.

Kindly advise/help me.

Kindly refer my letter dated 18-01 addressed to you and copy to ICICI Direct.com, ICICI Bank Ltd., SEBI, and Reserve Bank of India by Speed Post with AD.

The refund order by Citi Bank cheque of Rs.19, 500/- which was 'out of date' was returned to you in original.

Kindly refund the IPO amount, either directly to my ICICI Bank account No.601601501808 or send a DD payable at "Trichy, TamilNadu".

Your early action is requested in this regard to avoid legal complications.
