Neither shares alloted nor money refunded for Reliance Power IPO

I have applied in "Reliance Power Ltd."through "SMC Investment Solutions & Services" but till now i didn't get any Reliance power shares nor any refund money. I tried many times to contact to Karvy persons through mail but didn't get an proper response.

Please help me in getting my money back.
