Karvy Computershare / R POWER IPO
No allotment of shares

Sir,

I applied for RPower public issue for 45 shares at price 450/- per share with application no. 04791092 alongwith cheque no. 130184 of The SUTEX Co-op Bank ltd, Gopipura, Surat amounting 20250/-.

There was refund amount of 15075/- paid by Karvy ComputerShare. That was deposited by me on 20th March in my bank account.

There aren't any shares alloted to my demat A/c No 10811557 of India Infoline (DP Id IN302269).

Now on 12th May I received letter from Karvy Computershare for payment of Rs. 1275/- and 12% interest from date 26th Feb till today 24th may with allotment of 15 RPower partly paid up shares. The letter was dated 28/03.

How can I pay interest when I applied for fully paid shares and alloted partly paid shares? Also they are saying that there won't be any allocation in my demat till I pay payable amount of 1275/- 12% interest.

Please help me to solve this problem as there no responce now from Karvy ComputerShare.
