Most Negligence of settling Providend FundAmount

Dear sir

I was working with Karvy Stock Broking Ltd in Bangalore from 3 Aug to 05th December. I had Submitted my Provident fund application in the month of Feb to Karvy Stock Broking Ltd, After several requests to Karvy H R departments I was received part payment of Rs 6630/- 0n 25/06, but I have not received the Balance Amount of Rs. 38148/- the Amount has been confirmed by Karvy H R department but still today, I have not received the amount. Whenever I speak to Karvy H R departments, their answer is that the cheque has been despatched and it is credited to your bank account. Please check after 20 days to my surprise it is not yet reached me or my bank account after six months over. I feel their is a most negligence or Some Fraud in Provident fund departments... pl take the proper action with the concerned departments and do the need ful
