No refund of reliance ipo money (application no. 82815390

i applied reliance power ipo shares and got no allotment.

Now two and half months have elapsed but

Till date i have not received my refund order for RS. 51600/- and whenever i talk to them on phone or personally visit them or email them... i get only cliched reply... that the refund order has been dispatched... sometimes they say it has been dispatched on 7th then they say on 9th, later they say 12th march and keep on changing their dates. on contacting their jalgaon branch where collection was done... no one gives proper reply.

Umpteen times i had confirmed the permanent and/or communication address to them.

Even bank account details they have still no refund has been deposited... why?

Recently on their internet site i have seen that my application is showing that they have credited my account... Liars they are... Today i have gone to karvy jalgaon and given them my latest bank statement which shows no credit.

They are simply harassing innocent people
