My PF not settled

Sir,

I have left the organisation in the month of may Butthe company is not responding for the final settlemement i have all the mails communicated by the office like whom to give charge and other things But When i called them they are telling issues are pending but not telling what are the issues. I am still keeping some of the mails sent which they have communicated to me in this regard. I want clarification how i have move and lodge the complaints,
