Kashish Foto Vision
Sold duplicate product in the name of Original

I purchased a Nikon D5000 camera from Kashish Foto Vision, Fort Mumbai. Kashish Mehra the properitor runs it with his younger brother, his uncle earlier used to sit at the shop now has moved to Kashish Foto Vision NX in the next lane. They sold me a non-genuine camera in the assurance of an original camera. Inspite of fifty phone calls and dozens trip to their place I never got a warranty card. I checked with Nikon about the serial number, they said its not a genuine model.

I would like to have my money back with ffine on them for my mental trauma, phone calls and visits.
