Humiliation by Gas Supplier

I am consumer of Kasna Indane Gas Service, Greater Noida. My customer number is K13066. I have booked the gas on 17.08.2008. I visited the agency on 30.08.2008 at 11 a.m. I was told that gas will be delivered today. But gas is not delivered till 31.08.2008.

On 31.08. at 1 pm I again inquired with the agency. They told that delivery man Mr. Dharmveer could not delivered the gas because no body was there in the house on 30.08.2008. I like to bring your kind notice that my both the sons are studying in Delhi Public School and they were present in the home due to holiday. Delivery man's statement is baseless and farce.

I requested for delivery of gas today itself. The madam from agency declined my request and said that gas will be delivered on Tuesday. I again requested that delivery should be given either before 8 a.m. or after 3 p.m. She replied it is not possible and cut the phone.

After redialing I asked the number of customer care of Indane, which was denied. They gave me the number of Mr Vandana Kasana 9810594287, which remained un-attended.

my wife is in job. So, it is just not possible for me to remain at house whole the day just to take the delivery of gas.
