Not be ableto activate

I have purchased the Original Copy of Kaspersky from local retail Shop, It was three user pack.

I have done two user activation & from that i have formated my i user pc, now i m trying to activate it again from last three months, but i m not been able to activate it & i have asked for help at customer care, but there are not helping me.
