Low quality construction

Dear Sir,

This is with to the individual home which we have baought a fllat at bangalore by Kataria build tech of Bangalore

fFom beginning they have not followed any terms, they delayed thelift instaalion schedule at their own, they provided a third class lift, which is always repair and there are lots of safety issues.

But they mentioned they are providing KONE high quality lift, but not provided. provided a third class lift which is having lots of incidents and consuming lots of money from our society maintenance.

The quality is so bad that after 2 months of construction we see real big cracks on the wall..

We have not only lost money but at the end of the day there is no self satisfaction also.

And the worst part is that I have taken loan to pay my building cost and i pay EMI for the same...

Several times we approched the builder M/S Kataria, he negleted and ignored like anything.

My best suggestion is some body by reading this Black list Kataria build teck and dop not buy any building from these people.

Kindly suggest me how to rectify our LIFT problem
