Complaint against Indane gas agency

Here I want to add complaints against the Indane Kaushalya Gas Agency, Godda.

1. Their staff are bad mannered and talk with harsh words.

2. They don t pick up their phone.. once in 100 I think.

3. No customer care.

4. They book gas never in 21 days, but does after 30-35 days.

5. For non home delivery also, they charge the same money.

6. They deny to give new connection application form.

7. They give connection to their known ones and powerful people.

What I want to complain is that, I went there 15 days ago. They didn t give application form for new connection. After few days they took address proof, stamped envelope and age proof and asked to come after 4 days. Here I want to add that they didn t give any receipt. After 4 days, I asked for position of my form, they said I have not submitted any. After requesting on of the staff searched it (it was probably thrown to garbage). He kept it with other application forms and asked to come another week.

I went there after a week, now they say they have waiting list for new connections for 4 months and when I asked about my application position, they said to come another day, though the office was not busy. Please help me. 100% consumers are unhappy and unsatisfied with the gas agency.
