Broadband not working

Dear Sir,

We, Kaveri Gas Power Ltd, running a Gas Power Plant, located at Maruthur village, Mayiladuthurai Taluk, Tamilnadu-609808. We are an existing customer of BSNL landline No-237262 since 2006 and having a broadband connecting for our official purpose in which we are updating our Generation Data in our website online (24x7).

For the last 2 months the Broadband connection is not working properly and after several complaints in BSNL customer care in our region (Kuttalam, Mayiladuthurai) also there is no solution for the problem and finally as per their advice, we had replaced the modem and even after we are facing the same problem. So kindly look in to our problem and find a permanent solution with out further delay.
