NON BOOKING OF GAS CYLINDER

HI,

I am trying to book LPG gas from 4days. As the rule made by them i.e, once after getting delivery of gas next booking should can be done only after 21 days & after booking delivery will be made within 10 days. As per rule I went after 21 days but now they are telling that it can be done only after 25 days & within 10 days delivery of Gas will be done, which means to get one cylinder it will take 35 days. I said them that one cylinder does not come even for a month in that how can we use one cylinder for 35 days. The manager started asking how many members are in your home, in reply I said him 4 then he said for 4 member family one cylinder should be used for one & half month and should be used only for cooking & not for boiling water for any other purpose. And also said every thing is subsidized now & there is limit for giving gas only if there are more then 10 people in home booking can be done in 21 days. But as per my observation they book Gas for known people in 15 days or even after 10 days of previous booking. Also I have to go & book Gas in office. They don't book Gas if we try to book by phone. They say Gas is booked & when we enquire they say you have not booked any Gas. So I have to go to office & book the Gas. When I ask them to connect to their Manager they give one cell number (09972933013) which keeps ringing but no one picks.

I am not writing this complaint for me it is on behalf of all Indane Customers.

I had also sent e-mail to manager in November he dint reply for the e-mail. As per my knowledge there is no limit for booking gas. I just I want you to help me in knowing that, is there is any limit in no of days for booking Gas. If I am right help me and other consumers in solving above problem.
