Deduction of emi for items not supplied

I had made an order for Belita weighing scale from Kaviraj Ware House, Banglore by an emi scheme from icici bank credit card through gift 360. After telephonic confirmation the item was billed and now they have started deducting emi amount from my credit card account. But I have not yet received the product. What to do to make stop payment through the bank.
