My name is Shyam. M, I am an authorized gas connection holder of M/s Kavya gas agency, Nandi bazar, Calicut district. My consumer number is 2555. Since last February 4th i have booked for gas and the booking no is 257. but till date ie. on 22.02.10 (19 days) they have'nt delived a single cylinder to us. when we phone several times regarding this, they will neither not take the phone nor tell us to come and take the cylinder if we want.
