Kay aar enterprises indane gas
Not taking phone for booking

Sir,

i am the consumer of Indane Gas (IOCL) through the distributor, M/s Kay Aar Enterprises at shidi pura filmistan, Delhi and my consumer no. is 7904 named Kamla Devi my mother.

the gas agency has displayed the following no. for telephonic booking i.e. 23517525, 23526757 but i am trying from more than 21 days to book my gas but the distributor is not picking the phone on both the numbers, finally i have booked my gas on 26th August with booking no. 1 through web but there is no response that either my booking has been forwarded to distributor or not and neither respond on my email that by when my gas will be delivered.

India has entered and taking the benefits of IT revolution but this company is still on back dates, so file a complaint against M/s kay Aar Enterprises that if you have a telephonic booking then you have to pick your phone and if your phone load is excessive then arrange the extra telephone numbers to cover the various customer.
