Replacement of Machine

I have purchased UV Machine number KR 080351317 on 21/8. After a period of four months working of the water purifier was not satisfactory at all and it suddenly started giving the polluted water. I lodged complaint for this fault with your office and your engineers have also visited my residence and tried to rectify the water purifier. Even after two visits of your engineers, the machine has not been rectified and it is continuously giving the polluted water only even after following instructions given by your engineers. On lodging 2nd complaint, the engineer once visited my house and repaired it by way of changing one cylinder but the problem still persists. I have repeatedly contacted your office to get it rectified. After repeated follow ups, the executives at your office have informed me that the engineers, who have visited my house, are not competent to rectify the purifier and they will be deputing an experienced engineer to rectify the machine.

I am sorry to inform you that after this interaction none of your engineers have paid a visit to my house and rectified the purifier. Subsequently, on enquiring at your office on 13.2.09, I was informed that the experienced engineer is on leave and will be visiting my house for repairing the machine on 18.2.09 I Yesterday, i.e. on 20/2 during my follow for attending the complaint I was told by Ms. Poonam that we can not do any thing we will buy back it on 50% reduction of price & will provide me with another Machine. For your information my existing machine is still under warranty.

You are requested to verify the same at your end and take appropriate action to replace the machine as the existing machine is still under warranty period and there is no damage happened to the machine.
