CANCELLATION OF LIEN LETTER

Dear Sir,

I had purchased KB 4S Champion motor cycle through in October 98 from Sai Service, Andheri Mumbai Invoice No.9801967, through part finance from Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd proposal No 11503. The loan was foreclosed in April 99. Copy of Receipt 8955 and 8956 attached for your reference. The letter for cancellation of lien issued by your office was misplaced by the agent whom the work of cancellation was entrusted. Subsequently due to my job transfers, the matter regarding cancellation of lien from RC book remained uncomplete. I had approached your office in Lowerparel for issue of duplicate NOC letter but they informed that the records were not traceable as this was an old case. Since I would like to complete the formalities now, kindly arrange to issue me a duplicate NOC for cancellation of lien in RC Book based on the receipts attached.
