Fake experience

Hi,

I am a software engineer.

Now a days many IT professionals with excellent percentage and outstanding performance are loosing jobs and suffering a lot.

At the same time people with fake certificates are enjoying good facilities.

For example one of my friends brother having fake experirnce and fake degree certificates got his visa stamped and went to US from keane india hyderabad. At the same time another person with all pakka certificates is thrown out of company.

I took this issue to the HR of the company but they took it very casual. Its like indirectly encouraging the crime.

If the same thing continues for some time all fake people can only survive in IT field.

I want to take this to public in order to reduce this kind of crimes.
