Reckless behaviou

I purchased LG Window AC from Reiliance Digital, ECIL, Hyderabad. The stabilizer wich they have given as a offer prize is not working properly. Unfortunately I lot the bill but I informed them the date of purchase to issue me the duplicate bill or let me now the process. They refused to repair my Stabilizer and reckless answer from Mr. Hairsh (CRE). He dosn't no how to behave with the customer. I don't understand such a big showrooms investing Crores of money, how they recruited like this people? Finally One Mr. Sachi, subordinate of Mr. Harish convenienced me and asked me for three days time to deal this issue. I think Mr. Harish should learn the hospitality from his subordinate. I request Reliance people train them properly and solve my problem.
