Pf not recieved till 7 month

I have submitted my pf withdraw form to Kelly Services Mumbai office on 19-Oct-10. It was already 6 months completed. But I don't get my pf in my A/C. Kelly services submitted the form on 06-Jan-11 to PF BANDRA Office mumbai. in bandra office website I have checked my pf status. it is seen like below

Claim ID: MHBAN110300044487

Status: CLAIM FORM 19 FOR PF SETTLEMENT FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO MHBAN00462570000028088 HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 28.03.2011 IS UNDER PROCESS

Claim ID: MHBAN110300044495

Status: CLAIM FORM 10C FOR WITHDRAWAL BENEFIT/SCHEME CERTIFICATE FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO MHBAN00462570000028088 HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 28.03.2011 IS UNDER PROCESS.

from last one month I have seen only this status. I want to know that when i will get my pf amount in my A/C. PL support to resolve my problem.
