Withdrawal of PF not Received

Dear Sir,

I am ex-employee of Kelly Services Inda Pvt Ltd. I left my job on March. I have sent a PF withdrawal forms to PF office in Maharashtra but till date, I have not received my PF amount. I have submitted the forms for two times and the last was submitted on 4th June. My PF No is MH/46257/324.

I want to know the status of my PF. If it is paid, kindly provide me the information that in which a/c they have credited and what amount is that?
