Eplacement under warranty

Dear sir,

The Kelvinator 250 ltr refrigerator (purchase date 20-8-07, From KEMS agency Kottayam, Kerala), is still under warranty and we are facing the following complaints.

there is no cooling, the motor is working continuously (there is no cut off), the light inside the refrigerator is not switching off.

these were reported to the agency on 14-7-08 and the fridge is in same condition till date.

I like to get this solved as soon as possible.
