Malfunctioning of Air conditione

I, Nibedan Ray a resident of West Bengal, had purchased a Kelvinator Air Conditioner (Model No-KS -150-DX) on 17.04.08 from Video Palace (Durga Market, 46, G.T.Rd, Asansol-713303). From the very first day there has been some problem in its functioning. I lodged a complaint but I was told that it was a indoor unit manufacturing problem.inspite of my repeated complaints they didnot pay any heed and till date the same thing persists.some times there is starting problem and water sprinkles out when the A/C is running.there is danger regarding short circuit due to this. My family has become very tensed and i want some serious action to be taken in this regard.i think i will get a response as quickly as possible.
