Not entertain complaint by company service centre under warranty

I have Split 1.5T Kelvinator AC ACK150DX. S.No. 1362. Purchased from Kiran & Co (India), AGra. I have complaint many times but nobody attaining my complaint. Compaint No. AGR2005090045, AGR 2505090386. I complaint to company call centre 18004194040

if i call to Local service centre representative Mr. Ashish Goyal (Mobile No. 9412254152, 9897121446) then he will not attend my phone.
