Door lock defective

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a new piece of your product in this year

and its lock is not properly locked some time the door remains

open. Will you pl rectify this as soon as possible. I have purchased

a 165 ltr. piece and it worked for 12 years without any complaint.

I have faith in this product, but this time its door lock is defective. Pl. help me in this regard.
