I have purhased the above mentioned ref. from your authorised dealer i.e JIWAN ELECTRONICS, Bathinda in 2004. the day i have purchased it is not working properly. i have made my complaints to the dealer no. of times. but no body is responding. at last now i have decided to file the case in the consumer court. this is for your kind informatioon.
