Dear Sir,

This is to draw your kind attention that I had purchased a Refrigerator of Electrolux make (Model no: KD180M on 28th April’08 from Soni Traders, Shop no-14 A, Ambedkar chauwk Ballabhgrah Faridabad (H.R.) and since then this machine has been giving trouble like, improper cooling, Water fall in Inside of refrigerator when Defrast time or power off condition and the complaint registered two times complain no-5Soo2o810100049 on dated 11/10 service engingeer see only no out put found.

They have confessed that they cannot rectify the problem.

So Please look The matter or replace my refrigerator. This is Under warranty period.
