K020IL not cooling

I have purchased 200L model of Kelvinator refrigerator and form the dated of purchase the product we found is defective.

The refrigerator is not cooling from the day one and room is gating flooded with water.

The dealer refused to replace the product but insist on calling customer care.

Service guys came and replace "thermostat" but continue to have the problem after 2nd, third repair.

I got frustrated with everyday complain of this orphan model, also now dealer is saying that unless company service personnel says that the device needs replacement, they cannot replace it. And company franchisee service guys are not ready to declare the product is defective and insisting on repairing the same.
