Sir,
1. I had purchased a kelvinator refrigerator in 26 Feb 08 from Visakhapatnam. There has been certain problems like poor/uneven cooling inside which we initially did not view seriously, but which aggrevated to formation of water droplets inside. I reported the complaint to my dealer in Visaskhapatnam in Sep 08 which did not get addressed. Later i noticed an all india toll free customer care number in a newspaper to which i have reported the matter five times since Oct 08. but the problem is yet to be rectified.
2. One service agent did visit once and said that the gasket needs to be changed, but one month has passed after that but no further action has taken place.
3. The details of my complaints are given below. I would be grateful if you could assist me in taking the company to task and provide compensation for deficiency in service- maybe refund my money in totality and take back their piece.
