Horrible servicing

We own a kelvinator Corona-286 litres which after years of uninterrupted service had a problem. We contacted M/s. HOME TECH ENGINEERS, 32/2977/A3, NR CATHOLIC SYRIAN BANK, ANJUMURY, PONNURUNNY, VYTTILA P.O., KOCHI-16, KERALA- PHONE:0484-3294937/0484-6456940

who after many reminders came to attend the problem and informed us that the compressor is not working. They took the refrigerator and brought it back by replacing the compressor at a cost of Rs.3, 950/- which was paid vide their DELIVERY CUM COLLECTION NOTE NO.1355 dated 18/03. After two or three days the fridge stopped working and we contacted and informed them. We have called them several times to rectify the problem but to no avail. Since, having used the refrigerator for such a long time we find it difficult to adjust to the situation. We request you to kindly arrange with the firm to rectify the problem at the earliest.
