Services not being provided as per contract

An annual service contract dated 30/3/10 for Rs.1000/- was taken (Annual Contract Receipt no. 104) for period 30/3/10 to 30/3.

A complaint no. F 16 was registered on 02/06 for aqua guard and same was to be attended within 24 hrs but till date it is pending. It was very

surprising to know from Nisha (CCE) that mentioned complaint has been resolved by Raj Kumar. I asked them to clarify the reason for closing the call without attending and instead they provided me another complaint no. F 127 for which engineer visited my place and asked me aged mother, who is not matured enough to understand the modus operandi of such service providers, to sign the job sheet so can he bring the candle and carbon for replacement but he did not turn back and close our call without giving replacement. I once against called and Kanchan, CCE provided me another complaint no. F1-96.
