No cooling/compressor not working

It is rather pathetic to say the least that a refrigerator compress stops working jsut after an year of purchase even there we have used the stabliser etc., and no spike in power whta so ever.. actual issue start wehen we start looking for the service center for Kenstar.. for bad luck Kenstar service centers have been closed down and so is their call center.. hardly any one picks up the call, even if they do so, std reply we will get back to you... after lot of headhunting managed to reach the Head of service in mumbai who sought of provided some assurances.. finally it was Sandeep Aggarwal who is the Southern regional service incahnge who provided right answers and hope fully things could get soughted out in the next couple of days atleast.
