Bad spare parts and service

I purchased a KenStar Airconditioner in 2007. Fitted in our guest room.(hardly used). Within first 6 months its motor (inner unit) got out of order. Upon complaint the service center at Kolkata replaced it with charge. But again it got out of order. and we are after the service center mechanic. Till date it remained out of service. Nobody bothers to even enquire about the complaint (that we made long back) from the service center. Can anyone please tell me where to get this issue addressed?
