Non attendance inspite of AMC

I have taken an AMC for Rs. 3033 for servicing of my split AC on 13/4 which will expire on 12/4. The make is Kenstar. Unfortunately no service personnel has visited me and given any service. The Ac is not in working condition. I am demanding refund of AMC charges paid by me
