Ought kenstar AC. lost its remote control during relocation. complait was lodged but they gave an incompatible remote, told keep this as security till we arrange another--funny. then told me your AC has become out dated (i bought it in april) and so sensor-display assembley need be changed. till date 1 year 3months--it is yet to be changed. funny ways of working.
